My must haves' are an a nice size, beautifully maintained room with comfortable bed and a balcony, for example. The hotel has a hard-working team that helped with directions.

The rooms were great value with comfortable bed, the staff were very attentive. The hotel had a very central location and it was extremely close to Milton Beach.

We were in the standard family room with TV, a fridge, and a writing desk.

Location: the hotel was near to waterfront, and bus stops and beach. It was right by Saul's, where you can have lunch. I got extra big and beautifully designed room with big soft couches:)))

Safe neighborhood, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, close to seafront and restaurants, value for money.

The hotel is in a great spot, only a short walk away from some lovely restaurants and shops. the breakfasts were amazing, with a wide range of bread, cereals and fruit.

Some of the rooms weren't as clean as they could have been. some of the rooms don't have air conditioning which can be a bit of a problem in the summer months.

The quality of the staff, it was like being hosted in a family

The hotel provides great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet area yet close to the city and good beaches. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms, with comfortable beds, streetviews, and basic amenities like a fridge and safe, are consistently kept clean. Additionally, the breakfast includes options for vegans.

All was up to par.

Warmth of staff and room. Breakfast is perfect. Just what you need to get your day started. Ideal setting. One road down from Beach Road. Easy access to v&A. Bus stop for Hop-on Hop-off Double decker tour bus ride around the sites, few metres away.

Nice location and friendly staff

Not much in the way of restaurants/eating. Having said that, ct has an awesome waterfront precinct and it is only 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Stayed at Spring Tide Inn for a week-long vacation. Spacious room with a fridge, safe, and comfy bed. Convenient location, only 100 meters from the Sea Point promenade. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Shamila. Reasonable price for the area. Will definitely be our go-to spot in Sea Point.

Friendly and extremely available staff. Excellent breakfast. Strategic position to travel north/south Cape Town; close to shops, far from traffic and chaos. We booked first night only, and stayed 3 nights. Would certainly recommend.

the venue was set in the very central position right by main cape town attractions, a quiet residential area very close to shops and shops and public transport. the rooms were beautiful and spotless with a balcony, a living room, and a couch. enjoyed our stay and location of the hotel, and would stay here again.

It was all superb.

The location is great for exploring Cape Town and Cape Hope. It's close to town and the staff is very friendly. They have been there for many times. There are spacious rooms with comfortable beds and separate bathrooms. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. The staff is helpful and offers great advice on activities. One guest even received a free ticket to a museum.

Limited space in the bathroom for toiletries.
